MarineIndustry
Polyurethane is being used more and more in marine applications as it replaces, traditional rubbers, plastics and even steel. Verses steel, this super material can absorb vibration which reduces noise, is lighter weight, abrasion and wear resistant in corrosive environments and cheaper to manufacture as it has no requirement for expensive processes like welding or machining.
We have a long history in supplying marine grade polyurethane for different applications like bend restrictors for cabling, bump stops, landing pads and guides. We even manufacture acoustic tiles for submarines – the list is endless. Our polyurethane blends provide long-lasting products in water that are environmentally friendly and hard wearing.
