All our products are made at our bespoke manufacturing facility in Gloucestershire in the UK. Our materials are fully compliant to international standards and each material grade characteristic is optimised to perfectly match each particular application. Initial sheets are produced using an advanced computer-controlled centrifuge casting process which are then stored to cure correctly to maintain the highest quality material. Our high precision cutting table then enables us to provide a clinical finished edge to the blades for maximum performance.

- Standard colour to hardness range:
65A 70A 75A 80A 85A 90A - Standard lengths up to 3715 mm
- Standard widths can be cut to any width up to 660 mm
- Standard stock thicknesses are 5 mm & 9 mm.
- Standard range of squeegee blades are as per the colour to hardness above, the centre section of the G6 blade will be white.
- Typical thickness range are available from 4 mm up to 12 mm.

Non-standard colour to hardness requirements are available against a minimum order quantity of 3 sheets worth of print squeegee blades for any profile design. Please note that lead times will vary at the point of order and the price will reflect the additional change over costs. The typical blade design to quantities from a sheet will be in-line with the above chart.

Designed to meet more extreme applications, our 8000 Series has a very high solvent and chemical resistance offering significant advantages for plastic substrates and large format applications, which include PCB/electronic, solar/PV, touch panels, graphics, bottles and decal.

Our Squeegee coils are shrink wrapped for protection and easy identification. Once received, we recommend that you, where possible, uncoil them and lay flat, storage should be in a low humidity environment in temperatures between 15 – 30° C and away from sunlight.
Watts print squeegees should not be sharpened or ground as they come with superb and parallel edges. The blade life is increased by having more than one blade to enable ‘rest’ periods (at least 12 hours) for each blade. When re-sharpening is required, our blades with re-sharpen well – allow rest, at least 12 hours, before sharpening. Squeegees should be cleaned immediately with a soft cloth after use and should not be left in solvents to soak.
