What is supplied?
Watts Urethane Products have been supplying wheels and tyres into the theme park industry for more than 25 years. We supply both standard polyurethane and Vulkollan roller coaster wheels for a mix of attractions, including high speed rides and the more sedate children’s attractions. A couple of the most well-known rides that use Watts wheels are the Nemesis and the Rapids at Alton Towers and the Big One at Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
It goes without saying that safety, reliability, and quality are of paramount importance in these applications and these are values that are at the core of Watts Urethane products.

Benefits of polyurethane rollercoaster wheels
The main benefits of our polyurethane wheels being used by theme parks is that they are hard wearing, reliable, cost effective and they keep cool at high speeds. Re-bonding of existing wheel centres is also available, which results in a very environmentally friendly way of replacing tyres.
