The Problem:
Standard Car Park Bollards Allow Water Ingress
When car park bollards are installed directly into the ground on the top floors of multi-storey car parks, it enables water to penetrate through the floor and causes internal damage to the floor below. This is exacerbated when bollards are then hit by vehicles, as they often are, as the groundwork is further damaged and this increases the problem of water getting in, especially at this time of year.

We have designed a car park bollard specifically to overcome this issue with zero water penetration. It can withstand multiple car impacts without damaging the fittings, and still offers the required level of protection for pedestrians.
The TS130 is our base fixed bollard (TB130) with the addition of a specifically designed galvanised base plate that is fixed directly into the concrete base pad, with the four threaded location pins facing up. The location pins protrude up through the special external surface floor seal to allow the bollard to be securely fixed in position. This fixing method coupled with the unique flex technology greatly reduces the potential for damage to the sealing membrane on impact from a parking vehicle.
