My name’s Andrew MacPherson, I’m MD at Watts Urethane Products. Watts Urethane is part of the Watts of Lydney Group which is a family run business that’s been around for about 150 years.
The benefit of working within a family run business is that staff feel valued and because they feel valued they stay with that business much longer. The benefit for our customers is that on many occasions they’re speaking to the same guys they would have been speaking to 20 years ago about their products and that improves the overall experience for our customers.
