FAQs – How would I go about getting a part made out of polyurethane?
When it comes to designing a part out of polyurethane we ensure you’re involved and have input every step of the way.
Firstly, the design team will discuss your requirements to find out any technical tolerances that are needed and any environmental factors that the part would need to withstand. They will take into consideration your budget and lead time expectations.
We will then create product drawings for approval prior to prototyping.
Once this is approved, the next stage is to design the tooling and create prototypes on our in-house tool machining suite. We then provide full field testing support via our technical and sales teams to ensure your product fully meets your requirements.
