Watts Urethane Floor Squeegee Products offer exceptional resistance to microbial growth. Independent testing has shown that our Floor Squeegee Blades offer resistance to Antibacterial growth of 99.9%, and resistance to Anti-fungal growth of 100%. This is significantly above the results of some other floor blade products available on the market.
Our floor squeegee blades can be mould cast or cut from a centrifugally cast polyurethane sheet using our high precision, CAM-controlled cutting tables. This technology allows us to achieve a unique, high-performance clear edge to our floor squeegee products. The finish is far superior to a stamped method commonly used by other manufacturers.
We manufacture all our own sheets on site which are centrifugally cast for the best surface finish and to achieve close tolerance on our blade thickness. Our squeegees are made to be fully compatible with all leading OEMs at a very competitive cost and our floor blades are produced and supplied in a natural colour as standard.
We can manufacture from as soft as 35 shore A and in a variety of colours.
