One of the things we are most proud of at Watts Urethane is how long our employees stay with the company. As a local employer in the beautiful Forest of Dean, we like to support our employees to grow within the company and this is clearly appreciated.
A couple of years ago we filmed mini interviews with some of our longest running members of the team to ask them what they liked best about working for Watts, how their roles have changed over the years and also why they enjoy living and working in this lovely part of the country.
