Watts Urethane Products Ltd
Watts Urethane Products are a subsidiary of the Watts Group and have been manufacturing many thousands of different Polyurethane products in the same UK facility for over 45 years. We are located in Lydney, Gloucestershire and are now regarded as one of the world’s leading manufacturers of polyurethane products. We are proud of our heritage and our commitment to ethical working practices including supporting the local community.

Watts Urethane Products produces components from a huge range of various Polyurethane blends. The common ones we offer are:

TDI Ether (PPG and PTMEG)
TDI Ester
NDI Ester (Vulkollan)
MDI Ester
MDI Poly-capralactone

These materials can be manufactured in various hardness’ ranging from a 40 Shore A (soft eraser), up to a 72 Shore D (the same as nylon).
All materials are stored prepared and processed as per our supplier’s recommendations and cast through sophisticated, computer-controlled, dispensing equipment, which ensures the end component has the maximum properties to suit our customers’ requirements. Engineering
Watts Urethane Products manufacture industry standard and bespoke parts to customer’s specification. These can range all the way through the supply chain, from parts used in a manufacturing process to specific components for customers own retail.
   We can also work in collaboration with the customer to produce solutions from the ground up and are equally suited to designing and manufacturing one off prototypes as we are to mass producing many thousands of parts. We pride ourselves on our innovative use of both technology and technique in providing solutions to customer’s applications.

Squeegee
Watts have been manufacturing Squeegee Blades for over 35 years and are one of the world’s leading manufacturers. We sell Squeegee Blades into over 75 Countries worldwide, and offer the widest range of premium materials for all Screen Printing markets and applications. 
   Watts Squeegee Edges are regarded amongst the best in the industry, using a CNC Cutting Technology for a precise Linear Cut. We pride ourselves in working closely with our suppliers to specifically formulate Polyurethane Materials to suit specific applications.

Street Furniture
Now established for over 10 years, Watts Street furniture is widely recognised as one of Europe’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of cast polyurethane bollards. Watts Street Furniture division manufacture and supply a vast range of bollards, Post and rail systems and Cycle racks from traditional style bollards with a Victorian theme to our unique Impact flex range of flexible bollards. We supply products to all markets from one off individual customers to large local authorities and have now broken into the global market.
   With our products combining strength and durability with quality of finish, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of polyurethane technology to produce Bollard, Post and rail and Cycle rack solutions to suit all environments.

Wheel and Tyre
QW are a subsidiary company of Watts Urethane who have been manufacturing polyurethane tyres for over 45 years. QW supplies polyurethane tyres and rollers direct to the market, enabling us to better match customer requirements, at the same time as offering competitive prices and a premium service.
QW offers a great range of polyurethane products for industrial tyre applications, all the way from Pallet and fork trucks to roller coaster rides. QW’s products are designed to take into consideration the specific demands of high dynamic applications coupled with good physical strength and abrasion resistance. The range includes press on band tyres, direct bond drive and load wheels, pallet and castor wheels, as well as offering a tyre design and re-covering service to suit a customer’s individual requirements.
